Walter Tyrone Lee “Walt Baby Love” was born January 4, 1954 to Ann Butler and the late Walter Lee.  He lived in Akron, OH. most of his life.  He moved to Detroit, MI. after graduating from East High School in Akron, OH.

He married Vanessa Ford and to this union one child was born, Shantese Lee.  He later married Faydra Robinson and to this union one child was born, Danita Lee.

He loved life and lived it to the fullest.  He was employed by Ford Motor Co. in Detroit, MI. and moved back to Akron, OH in the 90’s.  He was employed by Wrayco in Hudson, OH., working until his health failed.  He was a member of Hills Temple in Akron, OH.

He was preceded in death by father, Moe Lee; step-father, Clyde Johnson; sister, Victoria Wilson; grandparents, Edward and Dorothy Butler, Willie D. Lee and Ida Lee.

He is survived by daughters, Shantese and Danita Lee; mother, Ann L. Butler; step brothers, Michael (Betty) Lee and Melvin (Demi) Lee, both of Akron, OH; step-sister, Marquita Lee, of Omaha, Nebraska; special cousin, Connie Lee; and good friend, Harvey Haines; and a host of nieces nephews, relatives and friends.

Services will be held Friday, May 7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Hills Temple FBC of the Living God, 799 S. Arlington St., Akron, OH 44306, Elder Rodney Bowden officiating.  Interment Mt. Peace Cemetery.  Friends may visit at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.  Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 1246 Welton Ave., Akron, OH 44306.
