Flint Adell Greene III was born September 30, 1959 in Pittsburgh, Pa. He earned his wings July 5, 2010 surrounded by family and friends. Flint was a 1977 Honors graduate from Walsh Jesuit High School in Stow, Ohio where he played on a 10-0 Warrior football team in his senior year. Flint attended Waynesburg College in Waynesbury, Pa on an academic scholarship where he played football. He later transferred to the University of Akron where he met lifetime friends. Flint became a member of the Beta Beta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated on December 5, 1980. He served as Basielus, Vice Basielus, Keeper of Records and Seal, Treasure, and Dean of Pledges. Later he was affiliated  with Xi Chi Chapter of the Akron Graduate Chapter. Flint loved Omega Psi Phi and typified the true meaning of brotherhood and what it means to be a "Royal Bruh". Flint worked for Chrysler Corporation in Twinsburg as a Blanker Operator since 1984. After his car accident in 1996, Flint's optimism propelled him to work diligently toward rehabilitating ultimately allowing him to return to work. He was dedicated with a smile and a joke for everyone. 

He was a lifetime member of St. Philip's Episcopal Church where he was a member of the Men's club. Flint was also a member of the United Auto Workers Local #122. Flint was knowledgeable and could expound on any subject and this was evident in his ability to talk about politics, religion and sports with anyone. He was a true Pittsburg Steelers fan and a San Francisco 49ers fan, bragging to everyone when they won. 

He is survived by his son, Flint Adell Greene IV, sisters, Dara (Ralph) Chapman of Akron, Marsha (Leonard Jr.) Jones of New Jersey, Damara Lynn Greene of NYC, Dr. Morgan C. Greene of Akron and brother Reuben M (Leigh) Greene I of Ill.; nephews, Reuben II, Leonard III; nieces Olivia, Montgomery, and Gabrielle; uncles Robert (Dorothy) Greene of Pa, Webster Hales of Cleveland, ; aunts, Mildred Trent of Philadelphia, Johnnie Clyde Patterson of NC, Cora Houston and Mary Greene of Pa. and a host of cousins, friends and fraternity brothers.
