Eirsrick Ja`Jaun (Travis) “E-Drag” Scruggs passed away suddenly June 3, 2010.  He was born April 5, 1981 to mother Yvonne (Travis) Tyson and father Eric Scruggs.  He accepted Christ and was a member of St. Ashworth Temple Church of god.  He attended Akron Public schools and worked construction and many odd jobs. He enjoyed spending time with his children, family and friends. Eirserick has a big heart and would do anything for his “people”. 

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Augusta Travis and Lue James Travis.  He is survived by his mother, Yvonne (John) Travis; father, Eric Scruggs;  grandmother, Deborah Scruggs; grandfather, Cleophus Scruggs; brother, Drew Scruggs (Fredricka); stepsister, Regina Tyson; special friend Tana Moorer; children, Nar`Shay, Eirsrick Jr. ; special friend, Dontaya Rogers (daughter) Na`Kiya; special friend, Tanisha Motley; (sons) Eric, Eirsrick III; best friend, Deondray Johnson Harper; very special uncles, Clifford Scruggs, Terry Scruggs, Cedrick Tucker, Paul DeBose; special aunts, Sylvia Scruggs, Cleorah Scruggs-DeBose; special step mother, Andrea Sherfield; uncles, Marvin (Linda) Travis, Ernest (Reneea) Travis, Johnny Ray Travis; aunts, Betty Travis, Geraldine Travis; Cindy Travis, Isabella Travis, Barbara Walter and Gloria Travis; and a host of other aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
