Mr. Julius M. Moore is a graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, Spring 2002, Licensed Funeral Director, Licensed Embalmer and Insurance Agent. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He, also, attended The University of Cincinnati majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Business Management. Mr.. Moore has always been apart of funeral service his entire life, beginning at home, Toledo, Ohio, in the family business, House of Day Funeral Home, then during college he worked as a student helper & served his practicum with Thompson-Hall-Jordan Funeral Homes, Cincinnati, Ohio, and served his apprenticeship here at Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home. Julius has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from many other funeral directors & embalmers that he has met in his career. He has put forth his helping hand and passion for the funeral industry to the Akron community. We are proud to have him on our staff to represent Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home.
